that life is short..... that time is going so fast...... that we might not have tomorrow..... How many times have I told myself to make sure i give my kids an extra hug today or tell that special someone that i love them? On Saturday, Bright and early we left for Lethbridge..... all of us to attend the funeral of a 26 year old man that passed away while on a family holiday to the Shuswap. We have known him and his family for a few years now.....Anybody that spoke of him spoke very fondly of him and that he was such a great guy.... he truly was...... and he will be missed by all that knew him.....My heart goes out to his family and it amazes me the strength and courage that they showed..... Since then I have been reminded of how life can be cut so short and that we really have to make the very most of today..... take time for your family and friends.

and baby Ella out on the porch, not so sure how much she loved that but she did great!!!!Summer is flying by and we don't have too much time let before school will be back in and we will all be back in our fall routines! So hard to believe! Enjoy the last couple of weeks that we have left!

oh Lynn-so sorry about your friends. How unimaginable to lose a child. It does make a stop and appreciate each moment-why can't we do that all the time?
