Hello my friends....
and Happy Friday! Gotta love Fridays, they just make me Happy!
 I started my New "bootcamp" class this week and it was so fun! Had a great time, new ladies and some of my regular chicks and yep it was a blast! We are scrappin in an old encyclopedia.... its from the 1920's.... so amazing.... Love it!
This week was a new 'word up' at OLW so make sure you go and check that out! It was Gudruns turn and the word was Home.... Love that!
What does that word mean to you? I know for me it is comfort....it is my happy place.... Love it when its quiet, love it when its busy.... Love morning coffee with the hubby.... Don't get me wrong there are times when I want to go go back to my other 'happy' place.... otherwise known as the Scrapyard just because it is so busy but I do LOVE being home.....
This is what I came up with for this time around...

I LOVE texture.... Love moulding paste, Love stencils, Love sprays.... it all just makes me so Happy! I have been cleaning my room since last night and yes it was a complete disaster but I am seeing a light at the end of the tunnel! I have also been doing my album cover and I REALLY love it a lot! Can't wait till the class next week! Hope to see you all then!

Ok crazy life....
it's ok to slow down now... just a wee bit. Please?

Again ladies it has been ridiculously crazy busy!!! No excuses just don't really know how to manage my time very well and that is a fact according to my youngest little darling! lol
Ah well its all good, it is how i do things I guess and I am not sure if that will ever change!

So on that note, I finished up my 20 week shabby chic class last week and it was so fabulous! Now I am starting a mini shabby class called Shabby Boot Camp! I am so excited! We will be "scrappin" in an old encyclopedia!!! So fun!

I have Loved doing my art journal class so this just feels so right! Love it! and I love the photo too so its a double bonus!

Ahhhh Sunday night and all is quiet.....
I have to say that the last little bit has been busy, more busy than normal and almost a little stressful.... wont go into details but there has been lots of little things going on that have made everything seem big.....it's crazy I know but I need to just take a deep breath and relax.... I can't change anything I just have to go with it... someone said today.... just think it is the beginning of a new week. Here's hoping this one is better than the last!

Makes me kind of sad that it is the last layout! (it always does!) I do know though that with the next class starting it is going to fun and different! I am looking forward to "new" so it will be all good!

Hopefully most of you that are in my class read this blog then you will get to see the layout! My apologies for not getting it sent out yesterday but we had some technical difficulties! Hopefully Susan can figure it out tomorrow and get it sent to you all! Hope you all have a really good week, I hope I do too!!!

Happy Monday!!
I hope you all had a fabulous weekend! I am enjoying a relaxing Monday morning, there is nobody in my house today except for me! Eeeekkkk so hard to believe but yep it is super quiet! Everyone is working! Happy Family day it is.... to me.... lol.... This past week it was 'word up' at OLW! This time around it was my turn.... my word is 'always' If you have never checked it out make sure you did and come and create with us! Its super fun!

This is layout #19! One more and we can create our albums! 4 months has gone by so fast it is hard to believe!

What a fabulous day!!
My day started out by being treated to a pedicure from Manda.... so first time for a pedicure.... I know like what? First time? Yep first time, and I may be hooked! Loved it especially the really pretty colour that I got painted on my toes!

 And I may just be hooked on that too! It was really nice though, I didn't think that I would be able to turn mymind off and just enjoy because I hadn't got my layout done and so much to do. You all know how that feels..... However it was fabulous! Then she treated me to lunch out at Milestones! Seafood Salad yes please and white chocolate cheesecake for dessert! It was awesome! So much fun and we never do that! SHe had a baby shower to go to in the afternoon, then we met up again at Chinook Centre along with Shar, Ella and Shay!
Had to go into Free People and Had to try on this beautiful top that I really shouldn't have bought but did anyways.... Free People you are bad but I love you anyways!!! I LOVE that store!
Then we went for dinner to Joeys CHinook and topped off an already perfect day with a really awesome supper!

 Ok bad quality but I am not so much about the quality as the quantity of photo opportunities that I have with my kids, soooooo I take what I can get! lol

 We don't do that enough, i would like to do it more! Plus it was so good for Manda to have all day to herself! SO Thanks ladies for a fabulous day!

Layout #17!!!
I can hardly believe that we are at layout #17! It feels like I just started this class! Oh well not to worry there will be lots more to come! After this class I am starting a "shabby" boot camp! If this sounds like something that you might be interested in, make sure you give the scrapyard a call to reserve your spot!! 403-271-2225..... It will still be the same fabulous layouts, true to my style but on a smaller scale, and we will finish up this time before Summer! I am excited about this class!

These pictures bring back some great memories!!! I have used them before but I LOVE them so wanted to use them again!
I LOVE this paper from Kaisercraft! We ordered it at CHA and I was so crazy excited to get it this week at the scrapyard!! It was one of my favorite lines form the show!!!

Hello my friends.....
Hope you are having a fabulous weekend so far! Mine has been great, a little more relaxed so that has been nice.... I actually Love it when Saturdays aren't so stressful..... just had a fun creative day! Love it! I was working on my layout for this weeks class, with one of my fave pictures!!!! Sharla posted this great little photo on her instagram and I LOVE it! What a great moment between these two sweet little girls!

ps I started my new Happiness Journal this week and I have to say that I LOVED it! New girls and everyone is just so excited about it! SO Fun!!!!! Can't wait until the next class! lol

Sometimes...
i just sit back and think where in the heck am I going? What am I gonna do next...I have been doing a little bit of blog hopping tonight and just reading some of the blogs just amazes me! One in particular... Miss Lindsay Bateman.... She is so sweet.... amazing actually.... I first met Lindsay when she attended our Teresa Collins event that was hosted by Lori from The Scrapyard.... It was amazing, as are all of Lori's events, like I am serious every single one of them are better than the previous. And according to Teresa Collins herself she tells us that Canada was amazing! Not that we didn't know that but sometimes it is just so crazy good to be reminded!!!So the last little bit has been so awesome I can hardly believe it! Most of you know about my work being in the Tim Holtz booth at CHA and I have to say that I am still pinching myself.... I was telling a few gorls at my class this week that I wish sometimes that I was the screaming crazy kind of chick that when I saw my layouts in his booth I just went crazy!!!! yea most of you that know me know that I would so not do that! ( although wouldn't it be so freakin funny if I did??)

Alrighty maybe not....
Ok so maybe I wish i could at least put myself out there.... yea probably won't do that either.... that being said i am still so stinkin excited that I had some things in his booth... I hope that My stuff did his product justice....

Hey everyone!
Hope you are all having a fantastic weekend so far! I am feeling so incredibly inspired by CHA and all that went along with it.... like crazy inspired!!! I wanted to share this weeks class with all of you and maybe even a couple more layouts from Tim's booth! Speaking of that you should all check out 'One lucky day'! Deb share a few of the happenings that go in to getting the booth set up for a trade show! Super fun, although a lot of work the finished product is so amazing that I think its worth it! I can hardly wait until the new product arrives at the Scrapyard!

So much Fun!!
so most of you know that Lori and I just returned from CHA in Anaheim California, and all I can say is WOW!!!! Simply amazing how we come back from there! Refreshed, excited, creative, relaxed, and just so full of inspiration! It was fabulous! There is so much talent out there it is seriously crazy! Not to mention that I had a few of my layouts in Mr. Tims booth and I have to say that was such a hilight!!! It was so exciting i was blown away! And believe me there is some serious talent in that booth! I have to admit that when I was first asked to do it...(after I pinched myself and jumped up and down screaming like a crazy person.... jk, but can you just imagine that? lol) I was like What????? I could never have my stuff in there, there is some amazing artists in that booth and I really didn't believe that I could be one of them! Anyways long story short I was and It was awesome!!!

 

 

Here is one of the layouts from Tim's booth, I will add more soon! I will also add some photos of our teime in Anaheim at the show! I have to admit I thought of changing up my style and then i was like.... Lynnie give your head a shake, it really was good and some really cute stuff! We did lots of orders so hopefully it won't take too long for anything to come in.... speaking of that....

 We are having our Imagine 2.0 event in April....
I know it may seem a bit early but we got stuff for our classes from CHA and I am giddy with excitement, I can hardly stand it actually! Make sure if you want one of the few spots left that you call the Scrapyard to save your spot! 403-271-2225

While we were away... OLW had a new word up!!! The word is resolution this time around, Miss Karla picked it this time around.... so for this year not only is my resolution "be me" that is my words to live by for this year!!!
